Shipping / Return


Shipping Policy:


All orders are shipped via UPS. Upon request, we also offer hand delivery to approved trucking and labeling companies located in downtown Los Angeles.


Orders for in-stock merchandise are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days from the order date. Shipping rates are calculated based on weight and will be finalized once the shipment has been processed.


Please note that all ship dates provided are estimated in-house dates and are not guaranteed. While we make every effort to meet estimated timelines, delays in production or shipment may occur. Orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis, and estimated ship dates may be adjusted accordingly. It is the buyer’s responsibility to request cancellation of any pre-order items prior to shipment.


All orders are final sale. Orders placed online will not be confirmed via phone or email unless expressly approved by our Client Services team.





Return Policy:


Any claims for damaged merchandise must be submitted within 14 business days of the invoice date. Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for credit.


Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Please contact us to request return authorization prior to sending any merchandise back.


Once a return or exchange is approved, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form will be issued via email. The completed RMA form must be included inside the return package. All merchandise must be returned in its original condition, with original packaging and all tags intact. Any items that have been altered, relabeled, or modified will not be accepted.


All returned merchandise will be inspected upon receipt. Approved returns will be issued as store credit in accordance with our return guidelines.
