Shipping / Return
Shipping Policy:
We ship all orders via UPS. Additionally, we offer hand delivery to trucking and labeling companies in downtown Los Angeles upon request. Orders for available items are shipped within 2-5 business days after they are placed.
Our shipping rates are weight-based and will be adjusted or added once the final shipment is processed. Please note that all ship dates provided are estimated in-house dates and are not guaranteed. There might be delays in shipment or production, and the estimated date could be pushed back as we fulfill orders on a first-come, first-served basis. It is the buyer's responsibility to request a cancellation of any pre-ordered items before they are shipped.
All orders are considered final. Orders placed online will not be confirmed via phone or email unless specifically approved by our customer service department.
Return Policy:
Any damages must be notified to us within 14 business days prior to the invoice date. No credit will be issued on items returned after the permitted time.
Unauthorized returns will NOT be accepted, please contact us to request for a return.
Once approved for return or exchange, we will send an email with a Return Merchandise Authorization form. The form must be placed inside the package that is being returned to us. Merchandise must be in its original packaging with all tags in place. Any label change or modification to the merchandise will NOT be accepted. Our return department will inspect the returned items and store credit will be issued accordingly.
